Work on the search problems that have no playbook.

A small, senior, remote-first team working in the hardest verticals in search. If you like being the specialist people call when the obvious answer stopped working, you will fit here.

100%Remote-first since the first hire
0Layers of approval between you and the decision
2–3Weeks from application to offer, typically
1Senior operator on every account, not a pod

How we work

No layers of approval and very little ceremony. You get context, ownership and the tools, and you are expected to use all three.

Evidence over opinion

Seniority does not win arguments here. Data does. Bring numbers or bring a test.

Say the hard thing early

Bad news does not improve with age. We tell clients and each other the truth fast.

Own the outcome

Not the task list. If the result is not moving, it is your job to say so and change course.

Specialists, not generalists

We go deep in hard verticals. Depth is the product.

Compound, do not churn

We build assets that hold value — in our client work and in how we run the company.

Write it down

Async-first. If a decision only exists in a call, it did not happen. Documentation is part of the job.

What you get

A young agency growing fast, in markets where results are hard to fake. That shapes this job more than any benefits list could: more ownership than a bigger place would hand you, decisions that take a conversation rather than a quarter, and a short line between what you do and what the client sees.

You ship in week oneNo onboarding theatre and no three-month ramp. Context, access and a real task in the first days, because we need the output.
Decisions take hoursNo approval chain, no steering committee, no deck to get a yes. If it is your account, you decide and we back the call.
A direct line to the resultYou watch what your work did to the client's numbers every month, and you are the one who explains it to them.
Scope grows with the companyWe are small and growing. Whoever takes responsibility early ends up owning more of it — not a promised title, just how a young team works.
Senior people within reachA small, senior team and no layers between you and any of them. The fastest way to get good is to work next to people who already are.
A named reviewer on your workBoth junior roles get a senior who reads what they ship and a weekly slot that does not get cancelled when things are busy.
Remote-first, properlyNo return-to-office plan in a drawer. We overlap a few core hours and judge output, not the timestamp on your commits.
The tools, and your own seatFull access to what the job actually needs. Nobody sharing a login here, nobody waiting a week for one.

The role

You will build and maintain the sites our SEO work runs on: landing pages, content templates and the technical fixes an audit asks for. Most of what we recommend has to be implemented by someone — here that someone is you, with a senior developer reviewing.

What you will do

  • Ship landing pages and content templates from design, on a modern stack
  • Implement technical SEO fixes: markup, redirects, sitemaps, structured data, Core Web Vitals
  • Keep templates fast and crawlable, and say so when a design choice makes them neither
  • Build small internal tools that save the team manual work
  • Write down what you changed, so an audit six months later can follow it

What we are looking for

  • Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript — you can build a page without a framework
  • Working knowledge of React and one meta-framework (Next.js or similar)
  • Git, a deployment pipeline, and the habit of testing before shipping
  • Curiosity about why a page ranks, not just whether it renders
  • Professional English, written

Useful, not required

  • Experience with a headless CMS
  • Python for scripting and data work
  • Any exposure to Search Console, analytics or log files

The role

The entry point into our SEO team. You will run the research, crawls and reporting that every engagement stands on, with a senior specialist checking your work and explaining the reasoning behind it.

What you will do

  • Run keyword and demand research, and organise it by intent rather than volume
  • Crawl client sites and log what is broken, with enough detail for someone to fix it
  • Build and maintain reports in Search Console, GA4 and Looker Studio
  • Write and QA briefs, and check published pages against them
  • Track competitor movement and flag what changed and when

What we are looking for

  • Six months or more of hands-on SEO work — agency, in-house, or your own projects
  • Comfortable in spreadsheets and unafraid of a large export
  • Basic understanding of how crawling, indexing and ranking differ
  • You check a claim before repeating it
  • Professional English, written and spoken

Useful, not required

  • Any experience with Ahrefs, Semrush or Screaming Frog
  • A second language relevant to a market we work in
  • Some HTML, or a willingness to learn it quickly

The role

You will own organic growth for two or three client portfolios in competitive verticals — setting the strategy, prioritising the roadmap, and being the person the client trusts when a core update lands.

What you will do

  • Own the organic roadmap for your accounts end to end, from opportunity model to monthly reporting
  • Run technical and content audits, and turn findings into a sequenced, costed plan
  • Brief content and outreach, then hold the quality bar on what ships
  • Forecast traffic and report against that forecast, monthly and quarterly
  • Be the senior voice on client calls — including the difficult ones
  • Mentor the junior on your accounts, and review their work properly

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years in SEO with clear ownership of results, agency or in-house
  • Fluency with Ahrefs or Semrush, Search Console, GA4 and a crawler
  • Demonstrable wins in a competitive or regulated vertical
  • Comfortable reading a log file and explaining it to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Professional English, written and spoken

Useful, not required

  • Experience across multiple geos or languages
  • SQL or BigQuery for reporting at scale
  • Background in iGaming, finance, crypto or affiliate portfolios
