Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of cordytraff.com and any content, tools or material made available through it. By accessing the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
These terms cover the website. Paid services are governed by the separate written agreement, statement of work or master services agreement signed between CordyTraff and the client. Where those documents conflict with these terms in relation to paid services, the signed agreement prevails.
Deployment note. Complete the bracketed entity and jurisdiction details and have this document reviewed by a qualified lawyer before publication.

What the website is for
The site describes our services and lets you contact us, apply for roles and read published material. It is provided for general information. Nothing on it constitutes legal, financial, regulatory or professional advice, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance or a guarantee of any commercial outcome.

All content on this site — text, design, graphics, layout, code, the CordyTraff name and the CT mark — is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law.
You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not:
- Republish, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of the site without written permission;

You agree not to misuse the site. Specifically, you must not:
- Access it in a way that damages, disables or impairs it, or interferes with other users;
- Introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure;
- Scrape, crawl or harvest content or contact data at a rate or scale that burdens our infrastructure, or in breach of our robots directives;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code beyond what applicable law permits;
- Submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the contact forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Further restrictions applying to our services are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Material you submit
When you send us an enquiry, application or other material, you confirm that it is accurate, that you are entitled to send it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or breach any confidentiality obligation.
We do not want unsolicited confidential information. If you send us ideas, proposals or material without a signed confidentiality agreement, we are free to use it without obligation or compensation — except for personal data, which we handle strictly under the Privacy Policy.
Third-party links and resources
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking, and accept no responsibility for their content, products or practices. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Search engine rankings, organic traffic and revenue outcomes depend on factors outside our control. See the Disclaimer for the full position on results.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or opportunity;
- Loss or corruption of data;
- Any indirect or consequential loss;
- Loss arising from your reliance on information published on the site.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the site is limited to [amount, e.g. EUR 1,000]. Liability in connection with paid services is governed by the signed agreement for those services.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of any third-party right.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of the site at any time, with or without notice, including where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability and governing law — do survive.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, both of which form part of your use of this site.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law rules.
The courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that where you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the site, shown by the effective date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
